For over 20 years, Michael Chayes has been coaching executives and senior leaders and advising them on organizational performance. As a Price Waterhouse direct admit Partner, Michael created and led the Organization Strategy practice, helping leaders to become more effective, while guiding their organizations in achieving their growth and performance goals. Prior to PwC, Michael was a Senior Director at Delta Consulting Group (now part of Oliver Wyman Consulting), and subsequently, the CEO of Stromberg Consulting Group, part of the Omnicom Group.
Michael holds a Ph.D from the Institute of Advanced Psychological Studies at Adelphi University, and has written on leadership transition, leading in a weak economy, innovation, and improving corporate ethics. He is also a Lore Institute Certified Executive Coach.
Michael also teaches graduate courses at NYU in leadership, organizational change, and Positive Psychology.
